Job Details

  • 5 days work week incl weekends & PH (2 rotating shifts 7am-430pm / 1pm-1030pm)
  • Location @ Tanjong Pagar (now till Mar 2026 @ Ubi)
  • Salary up to 2500 basic + allowances (Gross around AWS + VB
  • 1 year renewable contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure spare parts are properly stored
  • Handle daily tasks like sorting, picking, and packing spare parts to ensure inventory is organized and stored correctly.
  • Support supply chain operations, including part exchanges and ad-hoc distribution of parts to stations.
  • Check incoming and outgoing spare parts thoroughly to match them with documentation.
  • Inspect and test spare parts to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Prepare and manage various documents such as handover forms and reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the storerooms.
  • Conduct regular stocktaking to keep inventory accurate.
  • Print and apply asset labels to spare parts.
  • Configure repaired or new spare parts to ensure they are ready for use.
  • Track part movements and update asset information in the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Engineer or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Min Nitec with at least 6 months internship experience in logistics/engineering/store (NS experience is counted)
  • Holds a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (Manual) Class 3A will not be accepted
