**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Descriptions**
- Coordinate and execute services according to quotation/costing with the support of the relevant departments
- Submission of billing/ costing according to billing guideline and policy
- Responsible for quality and timely delivery of information to relevant parties
- Adhere strictly to our Standard Operating Procedure and ensure compliance across all processes
- Ensure documentation and record are updated timely and accurately into our in-house
- Perform administrative duties as required by Client Services Executive

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in business administration or logistics
- One to three years of experience in related industry; experience working with logistics/supply chain processes and forms is a plus
- Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Word& Excel
- Experience in shipping is preferred while logistic customer service is an advantage
