The Opportunity

  • Work with US MNC within food-tech industry
  • Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
  • Working location: Central
  • 6 months contract
  • Salary : up to $3,500

The Talent

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in event planning and vendor coordination is a plus.

Job Description

  • Manage office pantry and stationery supplies, including purchase requests for office-related orders.
  • Plan and manage events such as celebrations and conferences held in Singapore.
  • Coordinate office upkeep, liaising with landlords and cleaning vendors.
  • Provide travel arrangements and administrative support to the management team.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of managers when necessary.
