The Opportunity
- Work with US MNC within food-tech industry
- Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
- Working location: Central
- 6 months contract
- Salary : up to $3,500
The Talent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in event planning and vendor coordination is a plus.
Job Description
- Manage office pantry and stationery supplies, including purchase requests for office-related orders.
- Plan and manage events such as celebrations and conferences held in Singapore.
- Coordinate office upkeep, liaising with landlords and cleaning vendors.
- Provide travel arrangements and administrative support to the management team.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of managers when necessary.
