We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and recruiting candidates to expand our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and match candidates to roles
  • Create and manage job postings across platforms
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases
  • Plan and support employer branding events such as job fairs and career workshops
  • Coordinate learning & development activities and internal training sessions
  • Support background checks and candidate documentation
  • Assist in HR projects such as employee engagement and onboarding
  • Provide admin support and technical assistance for ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualifications, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about helping others and growing in the HR field
Important Notes
  1. Candidates must possess at least a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualifications, Local Poly Diploma (local Polytechnic or equivalent institution)/ Degree.
  2. Candidates have to be at least 21 years old (Based on MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirement).
  3. This position is only open to Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents.
