Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.75 hours/day

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily warehouse operations to meet targets and delivery timelines
  • Manage warehouse processes efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Ensure goods are properly received, handled, sorted, and dispatched accurately
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve company and customer goals
  • Enforce compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, 5S, and audit requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to operational procedures
  • Conduct process evaluation and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Plan manpower allocation and arrange overtime when required
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy and accountability
  • Review and set up operational procedures when necessary
