We are looking for skilled and talented Crypto Product Manager, be part of our dynamic and innovative Product Technology Team in empowering the next generation of finance building the future of Digital Payments & Wealth Innovation.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration, making impacts and launching products/features across APAC, work closely with engineering and other cross-functional team members in translating complex user needs into intuitive product experiences, and ensure our cutting-edge fintech platform offer "best in class" experience to our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex product initiatives from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps on crypto product features to align with market demands and user needs
  • Drive growth with innovative product features that can capture client's behavior or latest industry trends.
  • Champion user-centric design principles across all transaction touchpoints, optimizing conversion funnels and reducing friction while maintaining robust security measures
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories, work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence while promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth
  • Stay abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape in the crypto space, ensuring products are compliant and robust.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of product experience in the cryptocurrency, preferably in Payments, financial service or FinTech industry.

  • Proven track record of managing complex product development involving globalization and localization, capable of launching products for global markets.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology (Tokenization, digital assets, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese so that one can manage both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
