We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager
to lead our
Mandai Link site in Singapore
. This role is a unique opportunity to shape operations, drive performance, and strengthen relationships with our valued customers and partners.

About the Role

As
General Manager
, you will take full accountability for site operations—ensuring that customer needs are met safely, efficiently, and profitably, while fostering a high-performance workplace culture. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Singapore, you will provide visible leadership across all operational, financial, and people dimensions.

You will:

  • Lead site safety initiatives and act as a visible champion for Lineage's "Safety First" culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business performance through strong financial management, P&L accountability, and cost control.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a diverse and high-performing team.
  • Nurture strong customer, supplier, and regulatory relationships while representing Lineage externally.
  • Translate future opportunities into breakthrough strategies, supporting growth and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a commercially astute and operationally strong leader with:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in a 3PL/4PL or cold chain logistics environment.
  • A proven track record of managing large teams, budgets, and complex operations.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in regulatory frameworks and safety management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and foster innovation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
