We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our overseas and Singapore office operations. You will drive business growth, oversee daily operations, manage key projects, and build high-performing teams, while identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the company's growth strategy across US & Singapore.
  • Oversee daily operations in sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and HR.
  • Ensure business plans are delivered and targets achieved.
  • Manage projects, contracts, and partnerships for successful outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and business performance to recommend strategies.
  • Build and lead strong teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and a positive culture.
  • Drive brand development and explore new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

Job / Skills requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields.

Experience: Ssenior management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business results, ideally with exposure to the US and Singapore markets, especially in the mineral water or bottled water industry.

Languages: Fluent in English; Chinesea and additional languages is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with international finance, legal regulations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of global market operations and industry trends.
  • Solid knowledge of finance, supply chain, marketing, sales, and human resources management.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, cross-department coordination, and team-building skills.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Superior analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
