About the Role:

The Project Event Lead will manage end-to-end planning and execution of international conferences and corporate events, serving as the main coordinator between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. This role focuses on project ownership, timeline management, and seamless coordination rather than on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of international conference projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and international partners to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure all event logistics, communications, and content are aligned with objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale or international events/projects.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
