Responsibilities
Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Mix cocktails according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all items are properly stored.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Crew
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
- Serve foods and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and dining area.
- Restock restaurant inventory and supplies as needed.
Chef
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient preparation, and stock management.
