Responsibilities

Bartender

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Mix cocktails according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all items are properly stored.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Service Crew

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
  • Serve foods and beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and dining area.
  • Restock restaurant inventory and supplies as needed.

Chef

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient preparation, and stock management.
