Executive, Hospital Operations

Central Region, Singapore IHH Healthcare Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretariat support for operations and/or committee meetings through scheduling and coordination of meetings as required
  • Manage projects, tasks or duties as assigned by operations leads
  • Handle general administration of operations department, and support day to day hospital operations
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX figures and facilitate the proper utilisation on time and budget
  • Oversee and support the smooth running of assigned outpatient clinics
  • Assist Senior Management in the implementation of new projects/initiatives and service lines as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business or Healthcare related field of study
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare industry
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with good project management skills
