Are you passionate about food service, operations, and making a difference in a school environment? Our client is looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to run and oversee school canteen operations, ensuring students and staff enjoy quality meals every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the key person in charge of day-to-day school canteen operations.
  • Lead a small team of part-time staff and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while minimizing food wastage.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health compliance at all times.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff and administrators.
  • Handle daily revenue tracking, reporting, and operational oversight.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in hospitality, catering, or school canteen operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of daily operations.
