About the role

As an Operations Supervisor - Hospitality at A Hotel Bugis Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hotel operations. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will involve overseeing various aspects of our hospitality services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping services.
  2. Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  3. Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and feedback to optimise productivity
  4. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  5. Assisting with the implementation of new operational procedures and policies
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational issues
  7. Maintaining detailed records and reports on hotel performance and guest feedback

  1. Relevant experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  2. Customer-focused mindset: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving skills: Adept at identifying and addressing operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Attention to detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures
