Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage the HR Data Management team to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent processing of HR data across all institutions and departments.
- Oversee all agreed HR processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance with relevant employment legislation.
- Provide proactive HR administrative and advisory support to stakeholders in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
- Promote HR Shared Services values of Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Performance Management & Compliance
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, monitored, and revised where necessary to improve service delivery.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to internal stakeholders and senior management to drive accountability and transparency.
Process Improvement & Projects
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects to optimize shared services delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement improved work process designs and suggest solutions to complex HR challenges.
Stakeholder Management
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), HRIS, cross-functional Shared Services teams, and institutional business partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR data management and operational excellence, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams.
Team Development & Support
- Provide coaching and support to HR Shared Services team members on complex HR and data management issues to build capability and ensure high service standards.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
Other Duties
- Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned to support strategic and operational objectives.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR shared services or HR operations [For Assistant Manager position, minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role]
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
