Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop online P&L dashboards for HCS Equipment by Segments (Imaging, Ultrasound and Patient Care Solutions) leveraging on tools such as PowerBI and Spotfire.
  • Develop online dashboard for expenses such as FPC (fixed production cost) and SG&A (sales and general admin) by account to uplift margins for each geographies.
  • Financial data management and quality improvement for developing dashboard such as data hygiene of account and cost center usage; ensure accuracy to facilitate business decision making.
  • Other ad hoc analysis to uplift margins and identify areas of productivity.
     

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Undergraduate majoring in degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to link operational performance drivers to financial results, to identify levers that drive profitability.
  • Strong communication skills: clear and concise written and communication to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/ applications such as BOXI, Hyperion, Power BI etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, index match etc.)
