Key Responsibilities
As part of the sales team, you will:
- Learn to identify and research potential leads using online tools and platforms
- Assist in reaching out to prospects via email, phone, or social media channels
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data
- Join client meetings to observe and support, while preparing meeting notes and follow-up materials
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales strategies
- Support post-sales follow-ups and customer engagement activities under guidance from senior colleagues
- Contribute fresh ideas during team brainstorming and strategy discussions
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with people
- Interest in learning sales principles, customer engagement, and relationship management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage
