The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with our client, a reputable organisation in the public sector, to hire a Human Resources Executive.
  • This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment support, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
  • This role will start off as a contractual assignment.
The Talent
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resource administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with EEO and affirmative action requirements is a plus
Job Description
  • Screen resumes and applications; support the interview process
  • Counsel employees on work-related issues and conduct termination interviews
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with EEO and affirmative action reporting
  • Write and update job descriptions, benefit brochures, and employee handbooks
  • Conduct research and analyse HR data for various initiatives
  • Assist in the formulation of manpower objectives, HR policies, and procedures
