Sales Advisor/ Retails Store Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Recommend products and promotions to meet sales targets.
  • Handle cashiering, billing, refunds, and ensure accuracy.
  • Replenish and organize stock to maintain store displays.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and follow opening/closing procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Prior retail sales experience is an advantage
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
  • Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Store Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock flow, and merchandising displays to enhance store performance and appearance.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, marketing campaigns, and resolving customer issues effectively.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
