About the role

We are looking for Retail Sales Assistant at our Viral candy store in the Central Region. You will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and helping to create a delightful shopping experience for our customers. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
  2. Assisting customers in finding the perfect confectionery items to suit their tastes and preferences
  3. Maintaining a clean & visually appealing store environment
  4. Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability
  5. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

What we're looking for

  1. Have a Diploma or Degree
  2. Experience in a Retail or Sales role
  3. Friendly, outgoing and helpful personality
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
