Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate info about products, services, and company policies.
Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
Process sales transactions, update accounts, and manage invoices.
Receive and mail items to clients.
Collect items for the galleries when needed.
Order office supplies (e.g. stationery).
