We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. This position is well-suited for Malaysian candidates who are keen to work across the border and build a strong career in the events and tentage industry.
The role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, and supporting daily sales operations. You will need good mathematical skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly, sales-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate pricing based on client requirements and company guidelines.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate orders with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to maintain strong customer relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Support daily sales operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to project completion.
Requirements
- Malaysian candidates are welcome; must be willing to work in Singapore.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and take initiative when handling tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese to liaise with a wide range of clients.
- Positive, friendly, and sales-driven personality.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines efficiently.
- A valid Singapore driving licence will be an added advantage.
