ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer enquiry;
  • Manage jobs status (including monitoring, checking document);
  • Perform factory and batch inspection and report the inspection results;
  • Track the variation from factory inspection;
  • Conduct test according to the testing procedure and standards;
  • Record test results in data sheet and prepare report for inspection or testing;
  • Conduct witness testing or laboratory-based testing;
  • Follow-up retest for the job;
  • Perform other job-related assignments as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
  • Minimum one year experience in auditing fields, preferably for Electrical/Electronics products;
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin language, both verbal and written as this role is required to travel frequently to factories in China and Vietnam; The ability to speak a 3rd language will be a bonus;
  • Trained in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor course will be preferred, though not a prerequisite;
  • Objective and analytical thinking;
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, analytical and able to handle multiple tasks effectively;
  • Displays strong flexibility and adaptability to changes;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
