About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage full-spectrum personnel administration and provide support for organizational operations. This role involves handling HR processes, compliance, staff welfare, and manpower planning, while also supporting key events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Administer staff welfare, awards, sponsorships, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate and organize ceremonies, events, and related logistics.
  • Act as the primary contact for staff administrative matters and address daily queries.
  • Support compliance processes, disciplinary case management, and organizational risk assessments.
  • Develop knowledge management resources and contribute to organizational reviews.
  • Oversee manpower deployment and staffing distribution for operations and major events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with design and use of FormSG
  • Able to work outside normal office hours during critical operations or national events.
