What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately input data from various sources into our database systems
  2. Ensure all data entry is completed in a timely and organised manner
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
  4. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  5. Continuously look for ways to improve data entry processes and increase efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a data entry or word processing role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical and alphabetical data
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  6. A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
