Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in monthly closing, reconciliation, and accounting documentation.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and admin tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing and data integrity for financial records.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O'/'A' Levels, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Prior finance/data entry experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Able to commit 4–6 hours daily (flexible schedule for part-time).

Work Arrangement:

  • Full-time or part-time available.
  • Hybrid option: 2–3 days in office, remainder remote.
