Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily sales reconciliation by verifying receipts, POS reports, and bank transactions.
  • Assist in preparing journal entries related to sales and revenue.
  • Support the accounts payable process, including invoice matching and data entry.
  • Help manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Enter and organize sundry invoices in the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely filing of financial documents.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations.

Requirements:
