Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the ERP system (Business Central) and other internal databases.
  • Ensure timely processing of transactions related to finance, procurement, inventory, HR, and other business operations.
  • Perform regular data verification, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from the ERP system to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and improving data management processes within the ERP platform.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, HR, logistics, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related queries as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in data entry, preferably within an ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is an advantage).
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, or trading environments.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
