About the role
Imperial Royal Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator and Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Pioneer West Region. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring efficient data management.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date customer information
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to support the team's activities
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or data entry role, preferably in the sales industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data management
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
