Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system

  • Accurately and promptly enter daily sales transactions into the system and update them in the excel

  • Liaise with the warehouse and operations teams to monitor and verify all inbound and outbound stock movements

  • Provide general administrative support and handle documentation as required

  • Perform basic maintenance and routine checks on machines to ensure proper functionin

  • Follow up with new customers regarding their skin condition, treatment plans, and appointment scheduling

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental operations

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in data entry or retail environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with POS software is a plus
