**THE ROLE: Sales Manager - Japan**
**Job Summary**:
The sales manager will be tasked with the management of the current sales support staff as well as new business development in Japan for Presidio. The role will offer an opportunity to grow Presidio's market share within the ICT sector as well as continue the high customer service standards with our current clients and partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach & support the sales team members to enable them to achieve results.
- New business development with enterprise sale customers.
- Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of sales administration.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/vendor relationships by partnering with them and understand their business related needs.
- Ensure all orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Manage distribution partners & stock.
- Engage with other internal Presidio departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing services to customers.
- Provide guidance to SVP on where issues/bottlenecks are and provide solutions to same.
- Identify business opportunities with current customers.
**Required Skills**:
- Successful experience managing in a sales environment
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Flunecy both written & verbal in Japense & English.
- Knowledge of IT channel from distributor to reseller and customer an advantage
- SAGE accounts experience an advantage.
- Ability to work to deadlines and autonomously an advantage
