Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with production houses for quotation, scheduling, and partnership negotiations.
  • Oversee the full filming and production process to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, directors, and production teams to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
  • Support overseas filming assignments as required by company projects.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with production resources and partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Media, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Singaporean or Malaysian nationality preferred; familiar with local and international business communication culture.
  • Prior experience in filming, production, advertising, or media-related business roles is an advantage.
  • Strong execution skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to travel overseas and adapt to a cross-border working environment.
