Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
Prepare quotations using company templates and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Update and maintain the sales pipeline weekly, ensuring accuracy in opportunity value and closure dates.
Liaise with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and order coordination.
Assist the sales team in tasks including sales pipeline updates, responding to clients, and coordinating delivery/job requirements.
Support pre-sales and professional services coordination to help close deals effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., logistics, accounts, technical) to resolve issues and align efforts.
Manage onboarding documentation for customers and vendors; coordinate internally to complete setup.
Track key deadlines or submission dates and alert relevant team members accordingly.
Prepare basic Profit & Loss (P&L) summaries with background cost information when required.
Ensure all activities conform to company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or sales support.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and customer-focused, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
