JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales to join CaterCo Concepts As a key contributor to our team, you will spearhead the establishment and expansion of our user base across diverse market segments, ensuring the highest standards of service representation for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
  • Provide assistance to clients in organising professional events, optimising their experience, and assisting them in planning, packaging and menu selection
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedule prior to deadline.
  • Account for the sales profitability of event orders, ensuring the smooth operation of catering services.
  • Monitor key market trends and competitive information, actively brainstorming creative ideas to enhance catering services.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in catering and conference files
  • Attend to and handle all user enquiries and feedback promptly and effectively

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a diploma in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales within the F&B, Catering, or Hospitality industry
  • Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities
  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual
  • Possession of a valid driving license (Class 3/3A) is advantageous
  • Willing to work in the West
