Job Description
- Being the main touch point for the company's clients
- Not limited to attending inquiries from clients or prospects, liaison to any 3rd party vendors, suppliers, and partners of the company
- Being able to achieve service excellence and guest relations to align our brand and our affluent client
- Manage all written or verbal communications with prospective clients' enquiries, feedbacks or concerns, follow up and maintain proper records of clients in the database
- Manage and schedule internal and external meetings as well as any other appointments
- Update leads report, sales pipeline, and documents for meetings with accuracy
- Working with marketing department to provide with idea and suggestions to improve the client experience
- Execution of ad-hoc duties as instructed by the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Client Service Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, quick-on-action and flexible self-starter with high sense of responsibility
- Strong ability to organize work well with deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience and/ or interest in luxury lifestyle/ design industries, guest relations or hospitality would be a bonus
