Job Responsibilities:

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM submissions).

Assist in the coordination of employee benefits, such as insurance, medical claims, and leave administration.

Prepare HR-related letters and documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and salary adjustment letters.
-
Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
-
Perform general office administration duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and coordinating courier services.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Workpass Application
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations regarding foreign worker passes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
