Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
- End to end payroll processing and timely submission of CPF, Tax Clearance IR21 & Yearly IR8A.
- Prepare HR documents, including staff appointment letter, confirmation letter, employees’ attendance, employees’ leave record etc.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
- Complete and submit MOM related survey
- Prepare annual appraisal exercise
- Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
**Requirements**:
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll.
- Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage
- Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
