**Description**
**1. Learning & Development (L&D)**
- Local Support_
- Organize and manage regional programs for the Singapore location, including:
- End-to-end coordination (invitations, enrolment, confirmation, logistics support, issue certificate of completion to billings)
- Oversee L&D activities for the Singapore office:
- Track training assignments, capture learning hours, and provide reports for business units
- Handle milestone program nominations and management reporting
- Support training budget exercise
- Regional Coordination_
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across Regional Offices (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines) on:
- Planning the Annual Regional Program Calendar
- Monitoring Corporate Funding Status
- Collating training attendance, expenses and profits for regional programs
- Consolidating the Annual Training Budget
- Supporting the Global LMS and e-learning platform
- Assigning mandatory e-learning programs
- Coordinating HQ surveys and participating in global L&D projects
**2. Organizational Development**
- Act as a change management facilitator, ensuring smooth transitions during change initiatives.
- Facilitate employees engagement initiatives, including the annual employees’ engagement survey to gather feedback and insights through focus groups for continuous improvement.
- Analyze survey results and coordinate with regional teams to follow up on action plans that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to culture development by fostering a positive workplace through initiatives like diversity and inclusion programs.
- Organize team-building activities and workshops to improve collaboration and communication across teams.
- Create monthly HR newsletters to share highlights such as engagement initiatives and company activities
**3. Billing & Payments**
- Support the Human Capital Group with all billing and payment matters:
- Maintain a master billing schedule (monthly, quarterly, annually, or ad-hoc)
- Manage ad-hoc payments and handle annual reviews for customers and suppliers
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Tech-savvy; able to independently explore systems to enhance productivity
- Meticulous in report generation and statistical analysis
- Open-minded and adaptable to challenges and new assignments
- Good written, communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- A resourceful, flexible team player responsive to change
