Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef De Partie to join our client's culinary team. You will oversee your assigned station, ensuring consistent quality while mentoring junior staff and contributing creative ideas to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth operations during service
- Supervise and guide junior staff, including commis cooks
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Support menu development, seasonal specials, and continuous improvement
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflow of workstations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Commis Cook background ready for progression
- Solid technical skills across multiple stations (grill, sauce, garnish, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to support and train juniors
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
- Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
