Full Time Accounts and Admin Assistant
5 Days Work Week
Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Working Location: one-north
Probation Period: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist in General administrative duties and other support work
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
- Maintain and tracking of office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage Daily Accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets Management
- Handle employee's claims by verifying claims applications and receipts
- Perform business support services like generate tax invoices, preparation of payment via TT/Bank Transfer, etc.
- Process supplier invoices and expense claims
- Perform monthly payroll process
- Assist with annual audit preparations
- Handle statutory tax compliance matters (e.g. filing of GST) and queries from IRAS
- Assist with the implementation of financial policies and processes and ensure adherence to reporting standards
- Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditor and tax agent
- Provide support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director
Requirements:
- Able to work independently, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detailed and meticulous.
Good working attitude, team player & willing to learn
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administrative or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (optional)
- Candidates who're able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred, need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
