- Possess good command of spoken and written English
- Prior experience in banking, handling related documents will be an advantage.
- Familiar with ACRA Bizfile+ system and filling of annual return.
- Pleasant & Good communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Singaporeans & Permanent Resident only
- GCE 'O' & 'A' holders are welcome
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide day to day office administrative & accounting support functions such as data entry, filling etc.
- Assist in preparation and submission of Annual Return and XBRL reports with ACRA.
- Handling of incoming phone calls
- Manage and organize schedule, appointments and meetings
- Handling of daily incoming & outgoing mails
- Any others ad hoc duties as and when is required
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc admin task if needed
