• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries regarding their accounts, finance charges, or repayment options, providing clear information and support.
• Investigate cases thoroughly to identify root causes of delinquency and recommend appropriate solutions for efficient collection activities.
• Collaborate closely with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving collective collection targets.
