As a Frontend Collections Executive, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to connect with customers over the phone will be essential. - Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries regarding their accounts, finance charges, or repayment options, providing clear information and support.
- Investigate cases thoroughly to identify root causes of delinquency and recommend appropriate solutions for efficient collection activities.
- Collaborate closely with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving collective collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Manage delinquent accounts in accordance with agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing positively towards overall collection goals.
- Participate actively in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge, skills, and service quality.
