Position: Collections Executive

Salary up to $3500

Location: Lor Chuan

Monday to Friday: Office hours

Job Summary:

  • The Collections Executive is responsible for Collections/Default Handling for lease and hire purchase portfolio.
  • Knowledge and experience in collections/default handling processes.

Responsibilities (Subjected all times to Company policy):

  • Reaching out to overdue/delinquent customers via telephone and emails.
  • Finding the most optimal way to convey the message and persuading the customer by applying your negotiation skill and innovative approach.
  • Conduct extensive research to find contact numbers and email addresses of customers that cannot be reached.
  • Manage the repossession and remarketing of vehicles processes.
  • Ensure that collections activities are execute with high quality standards.
  • Drive continued quality and process improvement to ensure achievement of targets
  • Assist with administrative work, day – day customer service and contract administration support.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and timely via calls, emails and other digital platforms.
  • Customer enquiries support loan enquiries, early termination quotation, loan details management and invoices preparation.
  • Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan processing and administrative processes.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders (HPFLAS, LTA and other authorities.)
  • Reporting – To prepare daily & monthly reports for disbursement.
  • Ensure 4-eyes principle and segregation duties are adherence to, at all times.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
