What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new catering opportunities within the local market.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to grow catering sales across corporate, institutional, and

social segments
3. Prepare and present compelling catering proposals
4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultation on catering packages,

menu options, and event requirements
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new catering business
6. Understand client needs and propose customized catering solutions and packages
7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure flawless delivery of catering services
8. Work closely with kitchen, logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering orders.
9. Provide clients with event updates and post-event follow-ups to maintain satisfaction.
10. Resolve any client concerns promptly to protect business relationship

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a catering sales or similar role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  3. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle a diverse portfolio of clients
  4. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of catering trends and best practices
