Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team

Are you passionate about catering and sales? Join a dynamic team where you'll lead catering sales for both halal and non-halal brands. This exciting role offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a creative catering company known for its beautiful grazing tables and unique setups.

What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand halal and non-halal catering services, identifying new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering customized proposals that meet their needs and budget.
  • Coordinate events: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events, overseeing details from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Lead the sales team: Oversee sales team performance, drive target achievement, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasting reports.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and grow brand awareness.
Who are they looking for?
  • Catering sales experience: At least 3 years of experience in catering sales, preferably with exposure to both halal and non-halal segments.
  • Cultural sensitivity: Strong understanding of halal food practices and sensitivity to diverse cultural and religious requirements.
  • Proven sales record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in previous roles.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software.
  • Flexible schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
