Senior Sales Executive/assistant Manager Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute day-to-day sales activities, including attending sales enquires, preparing and following up on quotations/tender and customers’ feedback
- Plan and execute tactical sales action plans with growing sales and profit margins to achieve sales targets and performance
- Create new contacts and develop new businesses
- Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
- Knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximise sales and profitability
- Ensure and review requirements for corporate governance and trade compliance
- Responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts.
- Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
- To achieve the KPI and other work assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Technical Sales or Customer Service experience in the Building Materials / Construction Industry is preferred
- Experience in project management and managing relationships with external stakeholders
- A great team player who possesses excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- **Possess Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle**:

- Must be willing to go to a construction site/dusty environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
