Today+ is Hiring: Customer Relationship Officer

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to deliver high-quality support for our client services. This position is based in Singapore Beach Road GUOCO Midtown and available for full-time or part-timeapplicants.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries and respond to emails and messages from diverse family groups.  

- Deeply understand family needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions.  

- Maintain client records and follow up on issue resolution.  

- Proactively analyze client feedback and propose improvement strategies.  

- Actively promote company-organized events or programs for clients.

What We Expect from You

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.  

- Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in Mandarin and dialect is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Patience and attention to detail in addressing client needs.  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

- A confident, proactive, and determined personality.
