**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Manage and coordinate multiple key clients, ensuring the delivery of contract commitments and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that issues are addressed appropriately and actively engaging in client management.
- Proactively troubleshoot, address client pain points, and resolve issues within defined timeframes.
- **Maintain Good Relationships with Clients and Relevant Departments**:

- **Participate in Client-related Activities**:

- Collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, billing, legal, operations, pricing, and accounts receivable.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales support for key clients in the logistics industry, with a proven track record of driving issue resolution successfully.
- Strong data analysis skills and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resilience under pressure.
