Raffles Solitaire Lounge aims to provide a relaxing and calm ambience and space for members to experience during their visits to Raffles Hospital for their health and wellness needs. Working together with the Relationship Manager, the Raffles Solitaire team aims to provide healthcare experience with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily operations of Raffles Solitaire Lounge are running smoothly. Providing members and guest a premium experience when they are in the lounge.
  • Provide a warm welcome as first point of contact for lounge guests.
  • Handle day to day operations of Solitaire Lounge, including cleanliness, maintenance, décor and security
  • Provide a personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences, responding promptly to request to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Mange administrative tasks including, inventory list, cleaning schedule, maintenance list
  • Coordinate with in house kitchen for guest meal request, and food plating standard
  • Assist with clean up and restore lounge after each event ends including washing and drying of chinaware, glassware and equipment.
  • Assist in coordinating operations including planning of events, staff scheduling, relevant reports/paperwork
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
  • Identifying opportunities to market the Solitaire Programme.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years' full-time experience in F&B / Hospitality
  • 5.5 days' work week and must be able to work after official hours when required
  • Well-groomed and professional
  • Exceptional customer service skill, and attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable follow through and have a "Can Do Attitude"
  • Mature and independent
  • Comfortable with using digital tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint) is a plus point
