**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager cum Personal Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while providing comprehensive support to our executive team.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Provide personal assistance to the co-founder, including managing personal appointments, errands, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and external contacts, including family members, friends, and business associates.
- Handle personal correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
