Job Responsibilities
- Engage and reach out to working individuals to help them upskill and improve their employability or achieve their learning goals.
- Propose appropriate training solutions to customers through various channels, including social media, virtual sessions, telemarketing, and events.
- Actively participate in corporate events, roadshows, class visits, and seminars as assigned.
- Continuously scout the environment to expand and grow the sales portfolio.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to expand the sales portfolio.
- Take responsibility for managing a personal sales portfolio.
- Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels.
- Perform telesales and handle virtual appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O level with 1 year of sales experience or minimum Diploma (fresh graduates comfortable to apply).
- Sales-driven individual with a passion for achieving targets.
- Comfortable with traveling across different locations in Singapore (Tampines, Jurong Point, AMK, Compass One for roadshow team.
- Office locations: Bras Basah, Paya Lebar, Jurong (for branch team).
- Working hours: 11am to 7.30pm, any 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday). If part of the roadshow team, working hours will be 10am to 10pm for 6 days a week.
- Roadshow team members will be responsible for tagging and approaching potential customers.
